In this role, you will
ManageDentalcorp’sleaserenewaltrackerto ensure key datesand deliverables are met, including extraction of key information fromthelease database (Visual Lease)
Coordinate with leasing and legalteamson thedrafting andexecution of LOI’s, leases, lease amendments,renewalnoticeletters,andotherlease-related documentation
Collectionofpost-acquisition documentation
Coordination ofmonthly lease renewalmeetingsand delivery of subsequent renewal notice letters
Manage landlord insurance certificate requests
Participate in hosting and managing weekly Real EstateTeammeetings
Supportwithad hoc property and landlorddisputes
Supporttheleaseadministrationteamwithleasedatabaseupdates, rentalpaymentinquiries and disputes
Support leasing team with ad-hoc projects, as required
Whatwe’re looking for
Minimum2yearsin a corporate real estate role, preferablywith a large, national tenant and/or landlord
Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business,Commerceor other relevant degree
Experiencereviewing and interpretingcomplexlease documents
Excellent time-management, organizational,and administration skills with a high-level of attention to detail
Professional demeanour and outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Abilityto prioritize multiple demands independently
Bilingual English/French would be an asset

The salary range for this position is$60,000to$80,000CAD annually. Offers within this range are determined based on relevant experience, skills, and qualifications, as well as internal equity considerations.
