Salary Range: $21.00 - $23.00 Base+Commission/monthPROPERTY MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATES is seeking a Full Time Leasing Consultant for an amazing 304-unit apartment community located in Carson, CA.

Compensation

• $21.00-$23.00 per hour/40 hours per week
• Medical, dental, and vision insurance
• Earn $100 per new lease and $50 per renewal.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property tours with prospective tenants, showcasing the community's features and amenities, and turn prospects into residents
• Guide applicants through the application process and execute lease signings efficiently
• Assist in marketing efforts to attract new tenants and promote property vacancies
• Effectively turn prospects into residents by providing a seamless and positive leasing experience

Qualifications

• Previous residential leasing experience preferred
• Must have excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Energetic, fun-going personality and excellent people skills
• Exceptional leasing, sales and marketing skills
• Familiar with rental application process and lease signings
• Proficiency with computers, including a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Proven success using various online and social media platforms for marketing
• Proficient with Yardi Voyager a plus
• One weekend day is required
