Property Valet is the dedicated property management business within imagina Group. We exist to deliver a level of care, consistency and stewardship that goes well beyond traditional property management.

We're looking for a Leasing Consultant to join our Queensland team, supporting our Portfolio Managers across Greater Brisbane and the Gold Coast corridor. While you'll manage the end-to-end leasing journey, from enquiry through to signed lease, you'll also play an important role in protecting the experience our clients expect from Property Valet.

We call them Portfolio Managers, not simply Property Managers, because their role extends beyond managing tenancies. They're entrusted with the long-term care, performance and stewardship of each client's investment. As our Leasing Consultant, you're the beginning of that promise, finding the right tenants, creating confidence from day one and helping deliver the standard Property Valet is known for.

Working across Greater Brisbane / Gold Cost corridor, you'll enjoy the independence of a field-based role with the flexibility to work from home when you're not on the road. You'll be backed by experienced Queensland leadership, a collaborative national team, dedicated administration support and the technology to help you do your best work.

What you'll bring

• 1-2 years' experience in residential leasing.
• Current QLD Real Estate Licence.
• A genuine passion for people and property.
• Strong organisation, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office and cloud-based property management systems.
• Your own reliable vehicle and willingness to travel across Greater Brisbane and the Gold Coast corridor.
