What You’ll Be Doing
As our Leasing Consultant, you’ll be one of the first impressions of the community — playing a key role in creating welcoming, memorable experiences while driving leasing success. Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming and engaging prospects, residents, and guests in person and by phone
- Preparing for and conducting property tours while interviewing prospective residents
- Answering questions and resolving concerns from residents and prospects in a timely, professional manner
- Processing rental applications, screenings, renewals, and preparing lease agreements
- Maintaining organized, accurate resident files and leasing documentation
- Inspecting community standards and coordinating with maintenance or housekeeping as needed
- Reporting issues or concerns to the Community Manager or Leasing Manager
- Promoting and assisting with resident events and community activities
- Ensuring compliance with all policies, procedures, and fair housing requirements
- Maintaining a courteous, professional demeanor with residents, vendors, contractors, and team members
- Completing other duties as assigned to support the success of the community

Who You Are
You bring enthusiasm, organization, and a genuine love for customer service. The ideal candidate will have:
- A high-energy, positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- 1+ yrs of leasing experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills (leasing, hospitality, retail, or service industry experience welcome)
- The ability to professionally engage prospects and confidently “seal the deal”
- Excellent time management, organizational, and administrative skills
- A high school diploma or GED required (degree preferred)
- Ability to read, write, and communicate fluently in English; basic math skills required
- Comfort communicating both verbally and in writing while presenting a polished, professional image
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office (Teams, Word, Excel)
- Experience with Yardi, ResMan, On-Site, or similar property management software (preferred)
- Bilingual skills (a plus, but not required)
- A valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation
