The Rockland is looking for outgoing, energetic students to join our team as Part-Time Leasing Consultants. If you are personable, motivated, and enjoy talking with people, this is a great opportunity to earn competitive pay, gain sales experience, and work in a fun student housing environment.
This role is ideal for someone seeking hands-on experience in sales and customer service while balancing a class schedule.
Schedule and Pay
- 12 to 20 hours per week

What You Will Be Doing
- Answering phones and welcoming prospective residents
- Giving tours and showing model apartments
- Answering questions about apartments, amenities, and the community
- Assisting students with rental applications and paperwork
- Helping with light office and clerical tasks
- Representing The Rockland in a friendly and professional manner

QualificationsWhat We’re Looking For
- Positive attitude and strong people skills
- Comfortable talking with others and promoting the community
- Sales, leasing, or customer service experience is a plus
- Must be able to work Saturdays
- Valid driver’s license required
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
