What You’ll Do as a Leasing Consultant
You’ll be the face of our community—building relationships, providing exceptional service, and helping residents find the home they love. Daily responsibilities include:
- Welcoming and engaging prospective residents in person and by phone
- Scheduling and conducting property tours
- Addressing resident and prospect questions, concerns, and requests
- Processing applications, renewals, and preparing lease agreements
- Inspecting property areas to ensure cleanliness and appeal
- Coordinating with maintenance and housekeeping as needed
- Maintaining organized and accurate resident files
- Reporting issues to the Community Manager or Leasing Manager
- Supporting community events and resident activities
- Upholding ethical, consistent practices
- Performing additional duties as assigned
What Makes You a Great Fit
- High energy, a friendly attitude, and passion for providing excellent service
- 1+ yrs experience in leasing for related field preferred
- Bilingual skills preferred (but not required)
- High school diploma or GED required; degree preferred
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
- Solid time-management and multitasking abilities
- Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Confident, professional, and able to “seal the deal”
- Proficiency in MS Office (Teams, Word, Excel)
- Experience with Yardi, Resman, or Onsite is a plus
- Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation
