What You’ll Be Doing

• Tour prospects and convert leads into leases 
• Manage inbound calls, online inquiries, and follow-ups 
• Maintain strong knowledge of pricing, availability, and specials 
• Support resident retention and deliver excellent customer service 
• Assist with marketing efforts and community events 

What Makes You a Strong Fit

• Leasing, sales, or customer-facing experience (multifamily preferred) 
• Proven ability to close and hit leasing goals 
• Strong communication and follow-up skills 
• Comfortable working weekends and a dynamic schedule 
• Positive, energetic, and team-oriented
