• 1-2 years of proven success in a sales environment
• Passion for providing an exceptional client service experience through excellent communication skills

• Pride in your ability to work collaboratively on a team, and independently
• Strong computer skills
• Flexible work hours, including evenings and weekends
• Ability to speak other languages is considered an asset.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Our Sales/Leasing team manages the full lead/leasing cycle, including greeting and qualifying customers on the phone, email and in-person, managing guest cards, showing suites, applying product knowledge, to final approved application.

Compensation:

The expected annualized base salary range for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 The actual salary offered will take into consideration a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the individual’s skill, experience, and relevant education or training.

Base salary is only one component of Hazelview’s competitive total rewards package.
