Lion Real Estate Group is looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) Leasing Associate who’s a natural people-person—someone lovable, outgoing, and social. You’ll be the face of one of our beautiful communities, The Brentwood in Nashville, TN, connecting with future residents, marketing with creativity, and helping people find their perfect home.

What You’ll Do:

  • Greet and tour prospective residents with energy and enthusiasm
  • Lease apartments and earn commission while doing it
  • Promote our properties on social media—bring your personality online
  • Build relationships and connections that make people feel at home
  • Get creative with marketing and outreach efforts

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous leasing, assistant manager, or property management experience preferred
  • Proven sales ability and a passion for customer service
  • Strong resident relations and collections experience
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Experience with Yardi or other property management software preferred
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
