You’ll be the face of one of our beautiful communities, The Brentwood in Nashville, TN, connecting with future residents, marketing with creativity, and helping people find their perfect home.

• Greet and tour prospective residents with energy and enthusiasm
• Lease apartments and earn commission while doing it
• Promote our properties on social media—bring your personality online

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous leasing, assistant manager, or property management experience preferred
• Proven sales ability and a passion for customer service
• Strong resident relations and collections experience
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Experience with Yardi or other property management software preferred
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
