Leasing and Marketing Manager

Berger Communities is hiring a Leasing and Marketing Manager for Kennett Square Apartments in Kennett Square, PA . This role is perfect for an experienced leasing professional who is ready to take the lead on leasing, marketing, and resident engagement.

You’ll work closely with the Community Manager to drive leasing success, develop creative marketing strategies, support the on-site team, and create a positive experience for both prospective and current residents. Location: Kennett Square, PA.

Type: Full-time position with a Monday-Friday schedule and most Saturdays from 9:00 AM-4:00 PM. Employees who work a Saturday will receive a day off during the week.

Minimum Experience: Two years apartment Leasing experience required. High School Diploma or GED required.

What You’ll Do

As the Leasing and Marketing Manager, you’ll lead the property’s leasing and marketing efforts while helping create a welcoming experience for prospective and current residents. Here’s how you’ll make an impact:

• Serve as the lead leasing and sales professional for the community
• Oversee leasing and marketing efforts and help the team achieve weekly and monthly goals
• Respond to leads, qualify prospects, conduct tours, and guide applicants through the leasing process
• Prepare lease documentation and support move-in and renewal procedures
• Develop and manage on-site, digital, social media, and outreach marketing efforts
• Plan open houses, resident events, promotions, and community partnerships
• Build relationships with local businesses and organizations to generate leasing activity
• Monitor market conditions, shop competitors, and assist with market analysis
• Maintain accurate leasing traffic, follow-up, and resident records
• Provide outstanding customer service to prospective and current residents
• Support resident retention activities and professional resident communication
• Inspect apartments to ensure they meet company standards before move-in
• Train, motivate, and support the on-site team
• Assist with property operations and step in for the Community Manager when needed
