This role will provide you with warm leads, which allows you to focus on face-to-face sales out in the field.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Lease apartments – showing and selling the features and benefits of renting to prospective tenants.
- Provide information and answer all questions to prospective tenants.
- Follow up with prospects during sales process via email, phone, texts.
- Report prospect and pricing feedback.
- Take ownership of filling and managing your calendar with showings with warm leads via emails, texts, and phone calls.
- Respond to email, phone, and walk-in leads.
- Provide yearly scorecards for each building.
- Involvement and effective communication with all departments within the Company.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years customer service experience required
- 2+ years sales or leasing experience preferred
- CRM experience preferred
- Valid driver's license required
- Work independently to achieve goals
- Organized and Professional
- Baseline knowledge of Denver neighborhoods
Compensation Package
- $55,000 - $65,000 estimated annual income (including commissions and bonus)
- 2 weeks of Paid Time Off to start, earned on an accrual basis, Sick Pay, Parental leave
- 9 Paid Holidays, including your birthday
- 401k - 100% vested after 90 days, up to a 4% match of gross salary

Working Conditions
Full time Tuesday-Saturday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm with a 30-minute lunch. Position spends time within the office and field.
