Remote Leasing Administrator Specialist for a Property Management Company

GC Realty and Development LLC, is looking for a driven, tech savvy, and detailed person to fill the open Leasing Administrator Specialist in our rapidly growing business. You can be located anywhere within Mexico. GC Realty and Development, an award-winning Property Management firm, is expanding and looking for new team players to join us.

What You'll Do

• Check documentation for accuracy and completeness
• If you notice something is off, research and bring it to your supervisor's attention
• Create listing agreements and upload into Brokermint ensuring compliance
• Send video tours to Upwork and once completed upload to YouTube and link to AppFolio
• Process applications to include collecting of all documents, verification of rent and income
• Fill out applicant tracking page
• Create and send out leases
• Email required documents to HOA, if applicable
• Upload executed leases to internal platforms and share with owner
• Upload move in checklist to internal platforms
• Place Facebook Marketplace ads and respond to all leads
• Contact "Prospects" in Findings who have started, but not completed applications

What You'll Bring

• At least 1 year of experience in a Leasing Admin role
• Fluency in English (Read, Write, Speak) (C1 or C2 English Level)
• Modern computer (i3 Processor or above, 8 GB RAM). Second monitor is desirable.
• Stable high speed internet connection,webcam and mic, and a comfortable, quiet working space.
• Full time availability (8:00 am to 5:00 pm Central Standard Time) Monday to Friday. (Weekends off!)
