Job Description


Red Ember Recruitment is seeking a Leasing Administrator on behalf of our client to join their team based in the Western Cape.

Responsibilities

:

  • Typing and preparing administrative documentation including acceptance letters, CAPEX forms, requisitions, and related correspondence.

  • Sorting, reviewing, and coding large volumes of invoices for payment.

  • Performing general administrative duties including filing, document management, and record keeping.

  • Liaising telephonically with Branch Managers regarding invoicing, documentation, and administrative requirements.

  • Preparing order forms for new stores and store revamps.

  • Capturing monthly data and maintaining accurate records.

  • Supporting the Leasing Manager with administrative tasks related to lease and property documentation.

  • Maintaining an organized and efficient filing system for invoices, leases, and correspondence.

  • Ensuring accuracy and attention to detail when processing invoices and documentation.

  • Working within strict deadlines in a fast-paced and pressurized environment.


Requirements


  • National Senior Certificate (Grade 12) or equivalent.

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a corporate administrative environment.

  • Experience within the property industry will be advantageous.

  • Experience in accounts payable, invoicing, or high-volume invoice processing will be
    beneficial

    .

Competencies:

  • Outstanding communication skills with strong telephonic etiquette.

  • Fluent in English and Afrikaans.

  • Strong listening, writing, and organizational skills.

  • High attention to detail, particularly when working with invoices and administrative documentation.

  • Ability to manage large volumes of invoices and administrative work accurately.

  • Strong computer literacy with advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.

  • Ability to work independently and within a team.

  • Capable of working under pressure in a deadline-driven environment.

  • Strong administrative and data capturing abilities.
