Job Description

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE

• Leasing - Knowledge of how to set up contractual arrangements for the use of IKEA assets in accordance with IKEA and country standards.
• Synergy leasing - Knowledge of how to create synergise among tenants, that ensures a complementary offer for the customers.
• Property market - Knowledge about prices, standards and structures of the local retail property market.
• Partner Management - Knowledge of how to identify, build and maintain trustful relationships with partners in a responsible way, by selling and sharing an idea to collaborate around.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible to lease premises in existing and future projects in line with the offer defined by the MP, tenant mix, customer and market needs to secure short-term and long-term asset development
• Responsible to negotiate the most favourable conditions for the MP by preparing a clear feasibility study, negotiations strategy to achieve short-term and long-term MP objectives
• Analyses and identifies latest trends and deep business insight within the category to ensure those are brought into business planning and negotiations to improve the offer, ensure the offer is consistent and coherent to customer needs and to increase the MP attractiveness for the partners
• Leads and develops strong and long-lasting partnerships with key players in the category, enlarging their presence in MPs and supporting their commercial performance
• Proactively gathers and shares knowledge on the specific category on most current trends, best-practices and lessons learnt with peers and relevant stakeholders in the MP
• Develops expertise related to the new players, new business models and new trends in the market
• Responsible to develop and bring new partners into the portfolio to positively impact the margins, diversify the portfolio, increase attractiveness to the partners to increase MP asset value
