Job Title

Lease ManagerWe are seeking an experienced Lease Manager to join our Integrated Portfolio Management team in Sydney.

Supporting the PDNSW portfolio, you will manage a diverse mix of leasehold and freehold assets, ensuring lease compliance, accurate data management, and smooth financial operations across the portfolio.

This is a great opportunity to step into a client-facing role with strong exposure to stakeholders, financials, and complex lease structures.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage lease obligations across a large property portfolio (leases, subleases, licenses)

• Maintain accurate lease data, reporting, and database integrity

• Review and approve rent rolls, invoices, and reconciliations

• Manage tenant billing, recoveries, and arrears

• Interpret lease terms and ensure compliance with stakeholders

• Build strong relationships with clients, landlords, and internal teams

• Support budgeting, reporting, and portfolio performance initiatives

About You

• 3+ years’ experience in lease or property management

• Strong experience with lease/property systems and reporting

• High attention to detail and strong data management skills

• Good financial understanding (budgets, reconciliations, invoices)

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Able to work independently and in a team

Desirable:

• Qualification in Real Estate, Business, or Finance

• Real Estate License or Agent’s Representative
