Purpose of the Role
BGIS is pleased to offer a newly created Lease Administrator opportunity, supporting a recently awarded government property portfolio in Victoria. This role plays a central part in establishing strong leasing governance and ensuring accurate, transparent portfolio management from day one.
Reporting to the Property Management team, you will work collaboratively across BGIS and client stakeholders to maintain accurate lease records, manage critical dates, and support financial and contractual compliance across a large and diverse portfolio.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organised, and collaborative, with a thoughtful approach to documentation, data integrity, and stakeholder communication.

This role is based in the Melbourne CBD, close to public transport. It is a part-time position (20 hours per week during core business hours).
Occasional additional hours or site visits may be required to support portfolio needs. Following successful probation, there is an opportunity for hybrid working arrangements in line with business requirements.
