Ecolab is seeking a Learning Technologies Specialist The position will be primarily responsible for the administration of Learning Technologies and primarily Workday Learning. This role will provide administrative support to our global HR and Learning stakeholders, enabling accurate best practice use of our solutions. This role will directly support the way Ecolab’s global associates learn and develop.
Responsibilities:
Provide end-to-end support for members of our global HR and Learning stakeholders with Workday Learning and other Learning Technologies.
Manage cases and prioritize tasks to ensure that we support and provide a high level of service to our stakeholders.
Provide support to troubleshoot technical issues
Supporting system administration processes including auditing of learning courses, scheduling reports and maintaining critical structures within Workday Learning.
Identify opportunities and act to continuously improve resource materials, procedures and stakeholder satisfaction.
Basic Requirements:
Strong aptitude for technology
Exceptional interpersonal skills, customer focus and service orientation
Experience in Workday Learning and Service Now
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Workday Systems Administration, HR or Learning and Development role
Ability to quickly learn new technologies to eventually reach the level of subject matter expert
Strong focus providing consistent and measurable service and driving high standards of response to customer support requests
Proven ability to streamline processes for efficiency and accuracy
Strong attention to detail
Highly developed oral and written communication skills
Project management experience
Knowledge of human resource practices and processes
