In this role, you'll:


Be responsible for the effective oversight and management of all Transport for NSW–managed learning technology, safety processes and facilities at the Transport Training Centre in Petersham.
Lead the day-to-day operations of the Training Facility and manages the organisation’s learning technology infrastructure, ensuring all systems, equipment, and facilities operate safely and effectively.


Manage the end-to-end process for resolving safety and maintenance concerns, including logging issues, arranging contractors, implementing safe workarounds, and ensuring timely resolution.


Please note that this role is onsite based at the Petersham Training Centre.

About you


•Demonstrated experience in facilities and/or safety management.

•Proven ability to manage technology operations in dynamic environments such as training centres, universities or similar settings.

•Sound leadership and people management skills with the ability to coach and develop team members.

•Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex maintenance and safety issues efficiently.

•Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a focus on timely issue resolution and proactive engagement.

•Appropriate tertiary qualifications or demonstrated relevant and equivalent professional experience.
