
Learning Systems Specialist
Full Time Permanent
Purpose
Provide day-to-day administration and operational support for the Global Training systems and learning platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the centralized training data repository.
Consolidate data from multiple systems and ensure data accuracy, consistency and quality.
Administer departmental systems and learning platforms ensuring their reliable day-to-day operation
Monitor system updates, maintenance, and timely communication of service changes and outages.
Manage user accounts, permissions, software licenses and billing.
Provide first-line support for system, reporting and access issues.
Escalate technical issues to IT or vendors where required.
Maintain system documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Evaluate system enhancements and recommend operational improvements.
Apply the necessary configurations and changes for approved system enhancements
Support LMS implementation, testing and administration for any platform changes or projects that involve system changes
Coordinate issue resolution with vendors and internal technology teams.
Create and manage IT support tickets for system-related issues impacting program operations
Support onboarding and training of staff using departmental systems.
