
· Zoom Facilitation:
o Set up and manage live Zoom sessions for classes, guest lectures, and workshops.
o Monitor chat, breakout rooms, and recordings during sessions.
o Provide real-time technical support to faculty and participants.
oTake attendance for classes
· Learning Material Accessibility:
o Review and remediate course materials (PDFs, PowerPoints, Word documents, etc.) to ensure compliance with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1, ADA).
o Add alternative text (alt-text) to images, adjust document structure for screen readers, and verify caption accuracy on videos.
o Collaborate with instructional designers or faculty to ensure updated materials meet accessibility best practices.
· General Academic Support:
o Maintain organized digital course archives and file structures.
o Support faculty with minor updates to course content on Canvas or related platforms.
oProvide feedback on usability and accessibility of online materials.
Familiarity with Zoom video conferencing system, Adobe Acrobat, and Microsot Office Suite
