Job Description

Join JPMorganChase and make a meaningful impact by strengthening how we deliver consistent, high-quality Know Your Customer (KYC) practices across the firm. In this role, you’ll help elevate due diligence quality, improve operational consistency, and support a strong risk and control culture in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment. You’ll work alongside talented teams who value innovation, continuous improvement, and practical solutions that enhance both regulatory outcomes and the day-to-day experience of our stakeholders.

As a Learning support professional in the KYC Learning, you will translate complex KYC policy and process requirements into clear, practical learning that measurably improves due diligence accuracy, completeness, and timeliness. You will deliver onboarding and refresher sessions, develop and maintain training materials, and partner closely with Operations and cross-functional teams to drive consistent execution and continuous improvement. This role offers the opportunity to deepen your expertise in KYC and learning enablement while contributing directly to the firm’s control environment and operational excellence.

Job Responsibilities

  • Facilitate and deliver training across KYC/LDD processes, including onboarding, refresher sessions, and targeted deep-dives.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to align learning content to regulatory standards and required KYC procedures, supporting high-quality and timely completion of client-level due diligence.
  • Translate data collection and verification requirements into practical learning materials (standard operating procedures, job aids, decks, FAQs) that reinforce accurate and complete KYC records.
  • Maintain and update learning content in line with policy and procedure changes; manage version control and adoption of updates.
  • Evaluate learning effectiveness using available data (e.g., attendance/completion, knowledge checks, learner feedback, quality outcomes) and recommend the right learning solutions (e.g., job aids, microlearning, targeted deep-dives) to close gaps.
  • Support all aspects of client onboarding, including fulfillment of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and KYC requirements, by enabling consistent process execution.
  • Support program governance through planning, action tracking, risk/issue documentation, meeting notes, and status reporting to ensure timely closure of deliverables.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Demonstrated experience with KYC and local regulatory requirements (LDD), including process understanding and practical application.
  • Strong facilitation skills (managing group dynamics, handling Q&A, driving clear outcomes).
  • Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to varied audiences.
  • Proven stakeholder management skills; ability to align across teams and priorities.
  • Ability to evaluate learning and performance data, interpret patterns, and recommend fit-for-purpose learning interventions to improve outcomes.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, timelines, and dependencies.
  • Proficiency with digital tools and platforms used to create, manage, and deliver learning content (strong digital and tech literacy).

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience building and maintaining training curricula, job aids, or enablement content in regulated environments.
  • Familiarity with operating procedures and a control/audit mindset (risk and quality orientation).
  • Hands-on experience in client onboarding systems and/or workflows supporting KYC due diligence.
