We will shortly be seeking to appoint a Learning Support Practitioner (Apprenticeships) and, ahead of progressing to external recruitment, we would like to invite expressions of interest from colleagues who may be interested in this opportunity.
This is a full-time role, working as part of the Apprenticeship Team, supporting a diverse and growing provision of over 670 apprentices across 32 different apprenticeship standards. Our apprenticeship learners access their training through a range of delivery models, including weekly attendance at college, block release, fully remote delivery, with learning and support provided online. As a result, this role requires flexibility, strong organisation, and the ability to work effectively with learners, staff, and employers across different settings and modes of delivery.
The successful postholder will play a key role in supporting apprentices with identified learning needs, working closely with Skills Development Coaches, tutors, and employers, ensuring support is responsive, timely and directly links to apprentices' needs.
