
Horizon School is a Pupil Referral Unit that supports schools and pupils in the Northern Area of Suffolk.
At Horizon School, we support young people who have been unable to succeed in mainstream education. Here they are given a second chance with support and challenge to help them achieve their potential. We are now seeking to appoint a Learning Support Assistant to join our team at Horizon School.
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will provide support to the teacher and through this to students and to the teaching of thecurriculum. To work under the direction of the teacher, whether in the whole class, asmall group, or with an individual pupil.

You will be expected to have considerable expertise/specialism. The work will involve responding independently to unexpected problems and situations.
