
Otley and Witnesham Federated Primary Schools are seeking a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to support children’s learning across Key Stage 2.
The role is varied, challenging and rewarding. It demands high levels of dynamism and commitment along with the ability to promote positive relationships with parents/carers and staff from other statutory agencies to support the educational progress of the pupil.
You will possess empathy, personal resilience, understanding, patience and be passionate about working with children to provide a calm learning environment.
You will:
Full training and support will be provided but experience of working with children with additional needs would be beneficial/desirable.
Otley and Witnesham are both lovely, small village schools on the outskirts of Ipswich. The children are delightful, parents supportive and the team fabulous! The federation is working collaboratively to develop the highest quality education for the children.
