To support and guide the development of employee competence through the facilitation and evaluation of various learning and development programmes
Identify and assess the learning and development needs of employees
Develop learning and development interventions that effectively address learning needs
Deliver planned learning and development activities
Monitor and assess the effectiveness of learning and development interventions
Document and report the outcome of learning and development interventions
A relevant Bachelor’s degree or diploma
Certification in Training and Development or related studies is desired
At least 3-4 years’ experience in facilitation of learning and development or training in a formal setting, at least 1 year of which involved team leading responsibilities
At least 3 years’ experience in a healthcare environment is desired
