The Customer Training team prides itself on stellar customer service and exceptional training delivery. With the merging of the Axway and SBS customer training businesses under 74Software University, our team needs to grow in order to maintain and grow our reputation for the excellence that our customers have come to expect. This Learning Specialist role is the second of two individuals who are charged with handling the day-to-day enrollment and training fulfillment activities for Axway and SBS customers. This role will focus on the EMEA region but will support other regions as needs shift throughout the training year. This role is key to being able to scale our customer service model to support our worldwide Axway and SBS customer audience.
