Crowe seeks a dynamic Learning Manager who will be crucial in developing and delivering innovative, high-impact learning solutions. This position requires a blend of project management, quality control, critical thinking, and vendor oversight to ensure the successful execution of learning programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management and Quality Control:

  • Collaborate with the India Talent Leader, India BU Directors, firmwide Learning team and other stakeholders to manage multiple high-priority learning projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and successful implementation.

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

  • Serve as a project manager liaising with multiple stakeholders to support the development and delivery of learning solutions end-to-end.

  • Conduct thorough quality reviews to ensure learning materials meet high standards.

  • Implement quality control processes to enhance the accuracy and effectiveness of learning solutions.

  • Ensure meticulous attention to detail in course development and delivery.

Learning Content Curation and Design

  • Develop innovative and engaging learning programs (e.g., in-person, virtual, e-learning, microlearning) aligned to the business strategy

  • Curate content (e.g., courses, microlearning, videos, podcasts) from existing learning assets and vendor content

  • Oversee and manage large in-person and/or virtual training events

Stakeholder Engagement and Communication:

  • Liaise with key stakeholders, internal business partners, and design teams to translate internal partners' needs while managing tight timelines.

  • Maintain effective and appropriate written and verbal US business communication skills in a business environment.

Technology and Innovation:

  • Utilize technology such as AI tools like ChatGPT and CoPilot to acquire knowledge and skills for various content development and delivery engagements.

  • Incorporate online and technology-enhanced course components to improve learning across different delivery modes.

Facilitation and Vendor Management:

  • Support the facilitation of in-office learning events in Crowe India offices, including logistics, course designs, communication, and course follow up.

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with Crowe’s existing and new external vendors to ensure the delivery of high-quality learning solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, Education, Instructional Systems Design, Adult Education, Project Management, or a related field.

  • 12-15 years of experience with at least 5-6 years of experience developing learning solutions based on industry-recognized adult learning theory and learning design.

  • Experience with LMS systems (preferred)

  • Experience with AI tools specifically ChatGPT and CoPilot (preferred)

  • Working knowledge of designing and developing in Articulate 360 and other digital solutions.

  • Strong planning, project management, communication, and coordination abilities specifically working in Microsoft Teams and Planner

  • Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams to guide the development of extraordinary learning experiences.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams

  • Critical thinking skills to analyze course goals and instructional strategies, ensuring they align with evidence-based practices.
