We are looking for a Learning Portfolio Leader to join our Global Learning & Development (L&D) teamProtiviti works in a hybridenvironment,and this role requires that you work in-person in our office several times per week.

As a Learning Portfolio Leader, youwillleadthe developmentand delivery ofmultiplelearning programs from start to finish, which provide immediate value to our consulting professionals andalignwith our strategicobjectivesYouwill manageMilestone LearningPrograms, tailoredto each level in ourconsultingcareer model and focused on innovation, leadership, and professional development.Topics covered includediversity &inclusion,designthinking,agile,hybrid work,presentation skills,networking and relationship development,project management,effective communication, and other consulting skills

What You Will Be Doing

Develop,planand execute livevirtual and in-personlearningevents of all sizes. Work closelywith colleagues,stakeholdersand instructional designersto

  • Identifyorganizationallearning needs

  • Developnewor enhancecurrentlearningmaterialstomaximize effectiveness

  • Select and prepare internal facilitators andoperations teams

  • Sendtimelyand effective communications

  • Casta vision forimpactful events outside of the classroom (executive receptions, group dinners, virtual networking events, etc.)

  • Collect and analyze participant feedbackforcontinuous improvement.

  • Deliver exceptionaldevelopment and culture-building experiences for participants, facilitators, and operation teams

  • Be an expert on the content.Identifyopportunities to enhance our learning portfolio and communicate actionable ideas.

  • Driveprojectstotimelycompletionwithplanningand forecasting,creative problem solving, delegation,communication,andinfluence

  • Cultivate relationships across the organization andkeepstakeholders informed of L&D developments.

  • Stay current with innovative learning trends, technologies, and environments (virtual or physical) and share ideas for integration into our programs

  • Familiar with various Learning Management Systems, course authoring tools, and other learning technologies. Curious, passionate about learning, and committed topeopledevelopment.

Your Educational and Professional Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline

  • 5+ years of experience in learning and developmentExperience in the consulting/professional services industry is preferred.

Our Hybrid Workplace

Protiviti operates in a hybrid work environment, meaning all employees are expected to achieve a blend of in-person and remote work. This model creates meaningful experiences for our people and clients while offering a flexible environment. The expected ratio of remote to in-person work will vary by team and other business factors. Local and/or out-of-state travel is required based on our project and internal client commitments.

Starting salary is based on a full-time equivalent schedule. Placement in the range is dependent upon experience, skills and geographic work location. Below is the salary range for this job.

$92,000.00 - $137,000.00

Our annual bonus plan provides eligible employees additional cash and/or discretionary stock compensation opportunities. Below is the bonus target opportunity for this job.

The total cash range is estimated from the sum of the base salary range plus the bonus target opportunity. Below is the estimated total cash range for this job.

$101,200.00 - $150,700.00

Employees are eligible for medical, dental, and vision coverages, FSA and HSA healthcare accounts, life and accident insurance, adoption and fertility assistance, paid parental leave up to 10 weeks, and short/long term disability. We offer eligible employees a company 401(k) savings and investment plan with an employer match of 50% on the first 6% of your contributions. We provide Choice Time Off (CTO) for vacation, personal needs, and sick time. The amount of (CTO) varies based on years of service. New hires receive up to 20 days of CTO per calendar year. Protiviti also recognizes up to 11 paid holidays each calendar year.
