I’mAkvilė from the Learning & Competence Development teamwithin Salesand we are looking for a colleague who would partner with the business to shape continuous competence development across sales channels(call center, retail, OUT, andengineeringrelatedsales roles).
Thisrole goes beyondtraining delivery,focusingon close collaboration with stakeholders, understandingreal businessneedsand continuously improving how learning creates valueinsales. We are looking for someone with solidexperience, a strong sense of ownership and curiosityfor modern learning methodologies, digital tools, smarter, moreautomated ways of working across sales channels.
Whatyou’ll do:
Act as a trusted learning partner forsalesstakeholders, understanding their priorities and competence needs
Deliver andfacilitate learning activities, including onboarding for new joiners, conferences, and competence development for existing employees
Translate business, performance, and capability needs into practical, scalablesaleslearning solutions that are continuous,notevent‑based
Apply AI‑based solutions to improve existing learning tools and processes, and help shape newones
Bring and apply new learning trends and methodologies
Review calls and service interactions and consult the businessonsales and customer service standards (industryspecificknowledge can be learned)
Define KPIs, use data and insights to guide decisions, and measure learning impact
What will help you thrive in this role:
Proven experience in learning, competence development,learningmethodologies &design
Background in sales, telcoenvironmentis a strong advantage
Confidence in delivering andfacilitatinglearningsessionswith different audiences
Strong stakeholder mindset and ability to balancedifferent needsand expectations
Ownership mentality and comfort working independently
Hands‑on experience with digital tools, automation or AI‑enabled learning solutions is a strong advantage
Proficiency in Lithuanian&English
