The Learning Partner serves as a learning consultant and strategic partner to business leaders and stakeholders. Key responsibilities include assessing learning needs, designing and facilitating engaging learning solutions, and leading learning initiatives that build employee capabilities and support business goals. This role leads the implementation and continuous improvement of learning programs aligned with the L&D strategy and partners with stakeholders to ensure learning solutions are relevant, effective, and impactful. The Learning Partner also leverages learning technology, data, and AI-powered tools to enhance learning experiences and efficiency.

Salary Range (Norwalk, CT): $68,966.38 - $91,955.17
Annual Bonus Potential: 5%
