We are now seeking a Training & Learning Systems Coordinator to lead the design, development and implementation of our learning ecosystem, with a focus on embedding high-quality learning pedagogy into Employment Hero (EH Learn).

About the Role

This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of instructional design, digital learning development, project coordination and LMS administration. You will drive the setup, configuration and ongoing optimisation of our Employment Hero learning platform, while developing engaging learning resources that support capability uplift across the organisation.

You will act as both a learning specialist and project lead, partnering with stakeholders across the business to deliver impactful learning solutions and ensure learning initiatives are successfully implemented from concept through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop training content including online modules, videos, guides and learning pathways.
• Apply adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies to create engaging learning experiences.
• Build structured learning programs and onboarding pathways within Employment Hero Learn.
• Partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate technical knowledge into engaging and digestible learning content.
• Provide coaching, guidance and quality assurance support to internal content contributors to ensure learning materials meet best-practice standards.
• Configure, administer and optimise the Employment Hero LMS and associated authoring tools.
• Build courses, pathways, assessments, automations and workflows.
• Manage LMS implementation activities, system configuration, integrations and ongoing administration.
• Coordinate learning projects from planning through to delivery, ensuring timelines, milestones and outcomes are achieved.
• Deliver training and support to leaders and staff on system usage and learning processes.
• Monitor analytics, learner engagement and completion data, and recommend continuous improvements.

What You'll Bring

• Proven experience in instructional design, eLearning development and training program creation.
• Strong expertise as a learning professional, with the ability to both develop high-quality learning content and coach others in learning design best practices.
• Experience working with Employment Hero Learn or similar LMS platforms.
• Experience administering, configuring and optimising LMS and learning authoring systems.
• Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive initiatives independently.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capability.
• Strong technical problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
