Job Description

James Moore & Co, P.L.'s HR Solutions team, is currently working with a company in search of a Learning Management Program Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the planning, development and implementation of a wide range of programs and initiatives designed to support member engagement and professional growth. In this role, you will collaborate closely with leadership and team members to manage timelines, resources, and deliverables across multiple events and education-focused projects. You’ll ensure that every initiative runs smoothly, aligns with organizational goals, and provides outstanding value to participants.

Additionally, you will:

  • Plan, develop, organize and manage the execution of professional development programs, events, and initiatives.
  • Coordinate event logistics, including speaker recruitment, sessions planning, and onsite-virtual delivery.
  • Oversee continuing education programs and maintain compliance with applicable accreditation standards.
  • Develop strategies and project plans that address the evolving needs of members and stakeholders.
  • Monitor project timeliness, budgets, and outcomes to ensure quality an deficiency.
  • Partner with internal staff and vendors to deliver exceptional experiences across all programs.

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 5 years of professional work experience, ideally in project management, programs, or professional services.
  • Exceptional planning and organizational skills, as well as attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on collaboration and problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with project management, LMS or other programs is a plus.
