As a Learning Intern, you will join our Global Learning Services (GLS) team within the People Support Solutions (PSS) organization in Roche. In this role, you will assist with executing routine administrative and system data maintenance activities in our Learning Management System ( Cornerstone). You will gain hands-on learning experience in a shared service environment, supporting learning processes and ensuring high-quality, customer-focused support for our global learning community.
Your Key Responsibilities
System Administration Execute routine data maintenance and system administrative tasks within Cornerstone and other relevant learning systems in a timely and accurate manner.
Process Support Assist with the administrative coordination of various training events, including new employee orientation, leadership training, professional training, and other training requests.
Customer Support Help provide customer service and troubleshooting support regarding training records, learning processes, and system inquiries to internal HR experts and business partners.
Documentation Assist in keeping team knowledge up to date by contributing to and updating Standard Work Instructions (SWIs) and local Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Continuous Improvement Actively participate in team meetings, workshops, and work-related events to help identify process improvements and support new ways of learning.
Compliance & Integrity Perform daily duties with high integrity, adhering to global and local guidelines, including strict data privacy rules and safety, security, and environmental (SHE) regulations.
Who You Are
We are looking for an analytical, proactive and collaborative university students who bring the following skills and competencies:
Education Currently enrolled in a university program with active/passive full-time student status in Hungary (studies in HR, Business, or Social Sciences are preferred).
Able to work 25-30 hrs/week
Languages: Fluent English (C1) is required. German (B2-C1) also required.
System & IT Skills Experience with standard IT applications (Google Suite or Microsoft) and an eagerness to learn cloud-based learning management software (like Cornerstone).
Growth Mindset An agile learner who is open to seeking and giving feedback, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and capable of navigating complex data.
Customer Centricity Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on delivering reliable support and managing customer expectations.
Collaboration A supportive team player who enjoys working in a multicultural, cross-border matrix environment.
