In this role, you'll:


Be responsible for managing the Training Centre facilities and safeguarding Transport assets through effective coordination of building repairs, maintenance, and security access.

You will work closely with the Learning Programs leadership team, and support the development and implementation of systems and processes that maintain compliance while enhancing the delivery of learning programs across multiple sites.

Facilitate clear communication across all parties to optimise use of training facilities and resources.

Please note that this role is onsite based at the Petersham Training Centre.

About you


You’re a detail-oriented facilities professional who thrives on ensuring safe, functional, and compliant environments. You bring strong coordination and stakeholder management skills and can balance day-to-day operational needs with long-term planning.


•Demonstrated experience in a similar facilities management role.

•Experience using systems to manage and log maintenance issues/jobs.

•Strong coordination and organisational skills with a track record of delivering agreed outcomes.
