
Job Title: Learning Facilitator
Level: 4A
Salary: £27,000 per annum FTE (£9,279.36 pro- rata)
Location: Fridays at Milestones Museum and Thursdays at Aldershot Military Museum
(Base location to be Milestones Museum with eligibility for travel expenses to Aldershot)
Hours: 15 per week (Term time only)
Type of Contract: 12-month fixed-term contract starting from September 2026 (Maternity cover)

You’ll help us to organise and deliver immersive learning experiences for a range of learners at Milestones Museum and Aldershot Military Museum.
As a Learning Facilitator, you will work closely with the Learning Programme team to provide high quality learning experiences, resources and events for learners and educators. Immersive living history experiences are our thing, so you will have a passion for delivering interactive learning programmes covering a variety of subjects and levels.
A bit about you
Your attention to detail will help you to administer learning enquiries and bookings, and to care for and maintain learning resources.
Your outstanding communication and presentation skills and love of teaching and learning will be evident in your experience of delivering to a range of learners. An understanding of learning outside the classroom is a must, and your impeccable organisational skills will enable you to deliver the highest standards of customer service.
