Job Description

The L&OD Learning Facilitator supports the design and delivery of contemporary, engaging learning solutions under the guidance of the Manager L&OD. Working in partnership with operational teams, the role contributes to building workforce capability and service excellence through effective facilitation, workplace assessment, and responsive, learner-centred approaches that translate learning into practice. This role, actively demonstrates and models Amana Life Culture, ensuring our Vision, Mission and Values underpin and consistently guide all workplace processes, practices, and performance across the organisation.

What you’ll be part of

Essential Criteria

  • Tertiary qualification in Nursing (e.g. Bachelor of Nursing for Registered Nurses or Diploma of Nursing for Enrolled Nurses)
  • Evidence of Current Flu vaccinations per Amana Living policies
  • Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance (within 6-months validity) or NDIS Screening check
  • Successful completion of pre-employment medical and reference checks
  • Cert IV in Training and Assessment
  • Current APHRA Registration without restrictions
