As our Learning Experience Designer, you'll design and develop learning content and programs using the latest instructional and educational technology, building solutions through research and consultation across onboarding, compliance, and foundational skills topics.

You'll sit within an established 6-person L&D team supporting 2,000+ staff across the Philippines and Australia, with a Learning Management System already in place, so you're building on solid foundations rather than starting from zero.

Explore and integrate AI-powered tools (e.g. generative AI content assistants, AI-enabled authoring platforms) to accelerate content development, support personalised learning, and improve design quality

Create new and improve existing L&D products that provide value to stakeholders, including standard learning programs, role-specific onboarding programs, learning pathways, and learning events

Who You Are

Communicates clearly and confidently with stakeholders at all levels, both verbally and in writing

Demonstrates genuine curiosity about learning trends and emerging technologies, and actively applies new knowledge to improve learning solutions

Challenges the status quo constructively, identifying opportunities to improve how the organisation approaches learning and development

Manages competing priorities independently, delivering quality work under pressure with minimal supervision

Adapts quickly in a fast-paced, agile environment, maintaining quality output through change

Acts with integrity in all interactions, builds strong working relationships, and applies analytical thinking to learning design challenges

Brings energy and enthusiasm to team collaboration, contributing positively to team culture and collective goals

Takes initiative to identify and resolve learning gaps, approaching challenges with a solutions-first mindset

What You'll Need

Strong visual design sense, highly creative, and innovative

Detail-oriented with good organisational skills

Previous experience in training, curriculum design, training needs analysis, and training evaluation

Knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design principles

Ability to collaborate with others at all levels of the organisation as well as vendors

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and learning authoring tools (e.g. Articulate Rise, Storyline)

At least 1 year of eLearning development experience

Ability to interpret LMS data and apply learning evaluation frameworks (e.g. Kirkpatrick) to assess and improve content effectiveness
