
As our Learning Experience Designer, you'll design and develop learning content and programs using the latest instructional and educational technology, building solutions through research and consultation across onboarding, compliance, and foundational skills topics.
You'll sit within an established 6-person L&D team supporting 2,000+ staff across the Philippines and Australia, with a Learning Management System already in place, so you're building on solid foundations rather than starting from zero.
• Design and develop learning resources that are engaging and relevant to the workplace and industry context, including job aids, workbooks, handouts, skill and knowledge assessments, and case studies
• Design curriculum, content outlines, and storyboards, applying appropriate multimedia learning methodologies with consideration for scalability and delivery requirements
• Maintain training materials, courseware, and content to keep information current and accessible
• Research and recommend educational best practices, instructional technologies, and multimedia hardware/software to support teaching and learning
• Explore and integrate AI-powered tools (e.g. generative AI content assistants, AI-enabled authoring platforms) to accelerate content development, support personalised learning, and improve design quality
• Create new and improve existing L&D products that provide value to stakeholders, including standard learning programs, role-specific onboarding programs, learning pathways, and learning events
• Communicates clearly and confidently with stakeholders at all levels, both verbally and in writing
• Demonstrates genuine curiosity about learning trends and emerging technologies, and actively applies new knowledge to improve learning solutions
• Challenges the status quo constructively, identifying opportunities to improve how the organisation approaches learning and development

• Previous experience in training, curriculum design, training needs analysis, and training evaluation
• Knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design principles
• Ability to collaborate with others at all levels of the organisation as well as vendors
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and learning authoring tools (e.g. Articulate Rise, Storyline)
• At least 1 year of eLearning development experience
• Ability to interpret LMS data and apply learning evaluation frameworks (e.g. Kirkpatrick) to assess and improve content effectiveness
• Willingness to work Australian hours
• Willingness to work from Taguig City (hybrid arrangement)
• Experience in digital design, media production, motion graphics, and video editing
• Working knowledge of web design technologies such as HTML
• Experience executing graphic design and video development projects for instructional and presentation needs
• Experience using e-learning software, content creation tools, and a learning management system
• Experience using AI-powered tools for content development (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Synthesia, Canva AI) is a strong advantage
