About the role
The Learning Enrichment Coordinator provides strategic
leadership and direction for students requiring personalised learning support,
including students with disabilities, learning difficulties, and gifted and
talented learners.
The role oversees the development, implementation and
review of Individual Education Plans (IEPs), coordinates funding and compliance
processes (including NCCD), and leads a cohesive Learning Enrichment Team to
ensure a whole-school approach to inclusive education.
Reporting to the Head of Learning, this position works
closely with Heads of School, Assistant Heads of Years, teachers, wellbeing staff,
families, and external professionals.
