Job Description

Updated: An exciting opportunity for an experienced Learning Disability Nurse or Mental Health Nurse with current NMC registration and a minimum of 2 years post qualification experience to join this award winning domiciliary care provider operating in 22 London boroughs.

A unique and supported environment with access to on-going training, opportunities for career progression and working within a team, where you feel truly valued.

This is an opportunity for the right candidate to mold and grow this new service, ensuring that the service users are at the heart of care delivery.

Ability to manage a team in both group homes and solo placements, carry out assessments of needs, devise and deliver effective care plans, liaise with external providers and manage a departmental budget.

This role has been developed so you have the ability to take a hands on approach to care delivery.
