
Job Title: Learning Disabilities Social Worker
Location: Rotherham
Rate: Up to £33 per hour
What will your responsibilities be?
You will provide professional social work services to adults with learning disabilities across Adult Operations and/or Mental Health Services. You will promote clients' choice and control over their lives. Additionally, you will manage a complex caseload, demonstrating expert and effective social work practice. You will assess and manage high levels of risk while balancing support and control to protect clients from harm. Furthermore, you will chair a range of meetings, offer expert support to case conferences, and produce high-quality assessments and reports.

Qualifications and Experiences:
To be successful in this role, you must be registered with Social Work England, be eligible to work in the UK, hold a degree-level qualification in Social Work or equivalent, and have post-qualified experience in social work, preferably with adults with disabilities. You should also have strong knowledge of assessments and a thorough understanding of relevant legislation.
