The Maryland Department of Transportation Motor Vehicle Administration (MDOT MVA) is seeking a dynamic team player to join its Human Resources and Organizational Development Division (HROD) as a Learning & Development Specialist (Administrator II).
The purpose of this position is to identify, assess, and evaluate the need for educational, developmental, and/or skill-based instruction within the MVA for employees in all classifications. The person in this role would also make suggestions and recommendations for new topics, courses, classes, and learning events to be included in the MVAcademy.
