Job Description

BRIEF DESCRIPTION

  • Participation in the design and implementation of HR concepts and HR instruments to implement the HR strategy
  • Support and advice for managers and employees on all HR and labor law issues at the German sites
  • Supervision and advice on topics such as recruitment, organizational development, personnel development, personnel administration and labor law matters (HR work from A-Z)
  • (Further) development and implementation of HR processes
  • Trusting cooperation with the works councils of the three German sites

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • University degree with focus on Human Resources or comparable education with additional qualification
  • Proficiency in written and oral English, further language knowledge is beneficial
  • Experience and achievements in the above-mentioned areas
  • Very good MS Office user skills
  • Experience with relevant HR systems, incl. time management - ideally SAP SuccessFactors
