Job Description

This exciting hands-on role is pivotal in re-invigorating Croke Parks customer service

experience across the food & beverage offering available in Croke Park.

The successful candidate will be a key stakeholder in enhancing the learning experiences of

Croke Park colleagues & supporting their career paths.

Training:

  • Learning Plan Development: Develop a learning plan that suits the needs of the

business and our colleagues and communicate the annual Learning & Development

plan to all stakeholders.

  • Program Delivery: Deliver training programs tailored to business needs and client

expectations.

  • Onboarding / Induction Support: Facilitate an engaging ‘Warm Welcome to Croke

Park in conjunction with HRSS regarding all onboarding and induction processes.

  • SOP Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver Standard Operating

Procedures (SOPs) ensuring adherence to hygiene and safety regulations.

  • Aramark Initiatives: Support the development and delivery of Aramark (parent

company) learning and development initiatives.

  • Compliance Training: Ensure 100% compliance with mandatory training such as

Health & Safety and Business Conduct Policy.

  • Dashboard Management: Create and manage monthly dashboards for tracking and

reporting learning activities to senior leaders.

  • Interactive Content Creation: Develop engaging training materials, including

graphics, animations, videos, and live demonstrations.

  • Effectiveness Evaluation: Use metrics and feedback to continually refine and

enhance learning experiences.

Talent Development:

  • Development Programs: Collaborate with stakeholders to create and deliver

development programs for continuous colleague growth.

  • Management Development & Apprenticeship Programs: Identify and coordinate

external and internal apprenticeship or accredited programs beneficial to Croke

Park.

  • Program Coordination: Manage the participation of Croke Park colleagues in

relevant Aramark internal programs.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate:

  • Operational experience: 2 to 3 years’ experience creating and delivering training

using blended methodology, including digital, virtual and in person, alongside strong

operational experience in Hospitality / Retail is essential for this role.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with eLearning software (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe

Captivate), Learning Management Systems (LMS), and other training tools.

Familiarity with data analytics to measure training effectiveness.

  • Soft Skills: ability to engage and motivate learners.
  • Creativity and Innovation: A knack for creating engaging and interactive training

content that caters to different learning styles and keeps learners engaged.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Compliance completion.
  • Perfect Serve “OR Speed-of-Service Metrics: The average transaction or queue

handling time in food, beverage zones following targeted point-of-sale (POS) and

hospitality training.

  • Learning Adoption & Completion Rate: The percentage of casuals completing bite-

sized, training modules.

  • Post-training survey scores ("Did this training actively help you perform your role

today?")

  • Early-Stage Churn Reduction: The turnover rate of casual colleagues within their first

3 stadium events.

  • Internal Promotion Rates
