We currently have an opportunity for a Learning & Development Specialist to join our People & Culture team and play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless and engaging learning experience across the organisation.
This role is at the heart of our learning ecosystem, with a strong focus on governance and optimisation of our Learning Management System (LMS). You’ll bring together technical expertise, stakeholder collaboration, and a passion for continuous improvement to enhance how we deliver learning at scale.
Location: Brisbane preferred, however applicants from Sydney or Melbourne are encouraged to apply.
What You’ll Do
This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:
Lead the governance, optimisation, and administration of the Learning Management System to ensure a smooth and reliable user experience.
Manage system integrations and data flows, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with organisational data rules.
Analyse learning data and system insights to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver effective, scalable learning solutions.
Support broader L&D initiatives, including learning program coordination, system enhancements, and continuous improvement projects.
What You’ll Bring
Proven experience in Learning Management System (LMS) administration and governance.
Strong background in system integration and managing complex data flows, with a deep understanding of data governance principles.
Ability to analyse and interpret learning data to support decision-making and improve outcomes.
Experience working collaboratively with stakeholders in a dynamic environment, balancing multiple priorities.
Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (desirable) and/or relevant tertiary qualifications in HR, Education, or related fields.
