Horse Powertrain Ltd is an independent new powertrain solutions business, with over 125 years of heritage from Renault and Geely. We develop and produce world-class hybrid and combustion engines and transmissions to move our industry forward, offering many different paths to net zero.

Horse Powertrain has 19,000 dedicated and determined employees, working in 17 manufacturing plants, and 5 R&D centers on three continents.

This role is employed by Horse Powertrain Solutions and is based in Madrid, with occasional travel possible to Horse Powertrain’s other sites.

What you will be doing

• Translate the L&D roadmap into an annual learning plan and global delivery calendar.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of learning and development programmes.
• Coordinate content vendors, ensuring quality, prioritization and SLA compliance.
• Oversee LMS operations, content administration and data integrity.
• Support the launch and operation of Corporate, Industry and Technology Academies.
• Drive deployment and adoption of learning programmes across multiple countries.
• Monitor compliance training completion and escalate risks or gaps.
• Produce KPI reporting and drive continuous improvement of learning processes and programmes.

What we’re looking for

• A proven track record in global Learning & Development programme management and LMS platforms administration.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field; postgraduate studies are valued.
• Excellent skills in stakeholder management and learning programme delivery.
• Strong competencies in project management and data-driven reporting (Power BI/HR Analytics), with a collaborative approach.
• Experience working in multinational environments with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written; Spanish will be valued.
