Key Responsibilities

The Learning & Development Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training and development programs that enhance associate capability, engagement, and service excellence.

This role also has direct leadership responsibility for recruitment and oversees recruitment processes to ensure efficiency, quality of hire, and alignment with workforce needs.

Additionally, the role is accountable for ensuring all onboarding, training, and compliance audit requirements are consistently met, documented, and maintained according to internal standards and external regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Hospitality, or related field.

• 3–5+ years of experience in L&D, Human Resources, or Training Manager.

Skills & Competencies

• Demonstrated excellence in facilitation, coaching, and inspirational leadership

• Proven leadership and people management capabilities with a results-driven approach

• Strong organizational skills with a sharp focus on compliance and operational excellence

• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all levels

• Solid knowledge of adult learning principles and HR best practices to drive performance

• Deliver a strong onboarding experience that ensures associate readiness from day one

• Oversee recruitment processes to ensure efficiency and high-quality hiring outcomes
