The Learning & Development (L&D) Manager is responsible for designing, coordinating, and implementing training and development programs across the hotel or resort. The goal is to inspire, develop, and support team members in delivering an exceptional guest experience in line with the brand’s values and service standards.
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hotel Management, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in HR, training, or operational management within the hospitality industry.
· Experience in an international hotel chain is a strong advantage.
· Certified trainer or coach qualification (e.g., NOBTRA, ATD) is an asset.
