Job Description

The Pullman Khao Lak Resort is a popular destination for travelers seeking a relaxing getaway. It features modern amenities, expansive pools, and a serene beachfront setting, making it ideal for families and couples alike. However, guest experiences vary, with some highlighting both positive and negative aspects of their stay.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive Learning and Development strategies, programs, and initiatives aligned with the hotel's business objectives and employee development needs.
  • Design and deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and seminars on topics such as customer service excellence, leadership development, technical skills, and compliance training.
  • Collaborate with department heads and team leaders to identify learning needs, assess performance gaps, and develop targeted training solutions.
  • Ensure global brand and culture initiatives are effectively integrated into the organization.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years experience within a luxury hotel.
  • Prior experience in delivering on the job training within AccorHotels.
  • Ability to analyze data and trends and create strategies for improvement.
  • Upholds brand standards for professional conduct and presentation.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
