Novotel Danang Nam An is a re-branding project with 308 keys
1. Assist in the creation, implementation and facilitation of the Hotel Training Plan and budget that is aligned with the hotel’s goals and strategic plan
2. Ensure effective training programs are in place
3. Conduct annual training needs analysis and coordinate with department managers to help identify training opportunities for their team members
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management / Business Management / Hotel Management or any relevant degree
Minimum 3 years of training / facilitation experience
Strong leadership, interpersonal and negotiation skills
Excellent communication and customer contact skills
Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
