Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and organized Learning & Development Manager to design and manage internal and external learning and training programs at Your Bourse.

The role focuses on improving product knowledge, onboarding readiness, and professional development, ensuring all teams clearly understand the company’s solutions, processes, and tools. This position is ideal for someone structured, communicative, with strong knowledge of the Forex and trading fintech industries, and passionate about knowledge sharing in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain structured internal and external training programs across departments

• Develop onboarding learning paths for new hires (product, processes, tools, workflows)

• Prepare and update training materials (presentations, manuals, guides, videos, and documentation)

• Deliver internal training sessions, workshops, and knowledge-sharing meetings

• Explain complex technical and business concepts in a clear and accessible way

• Collaborate with Product, Support, and Engineering teams to keep content accurate and up to date

• Manage the external learning project FXDA

• Identify knowledge gaps and propose training and development improvements

• Support department heads in building role-specific learning plans

• Organize internal certification and assessment programs

• Track training participation and effectiveness, collect feedback, and continuously improve programs

• Document new product features and update learning materials after releases

• Support onboarding and ongoing employee development initiatives

• Contribute to building a scalable internal learning culture; and

• Perform other duties relevant to the role

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Finance, Communications, or a related field

• 3+ years of experience in internal training, L&D, onboarding, enablement, or knowledge management

• Strong knowledge of the FinTech, Forex, or trading industry

• Ability to understand technical products and explain them to non-technical audiences

• Experience conducting presentations, workshops, or training sessions

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

• Strong organizational and planning skills

• Comfortable working cross-functionally with multiple departments

• Ability to structure complex information into clear learning materials

• Confident public speaking and presentation skills

• Proactive mindset and ability to work independently
